I have rented a bounce house with a slide from Happily Ever After LLC on 2 separate occasions now and we are so very happy with the customer service- from the booking process right through to drop off and pick up. Everything is so smooth. Carol is so very sweet and accommodating - even when we had to reschedule our event 3 times. I couldn’t ask for better service. The staff are friendly and on time and incredibly efficient. Each time we’ve rented, the houses have been a little damp inside but the staff has completely wiped them down after setting them up. This was hands down the best customer service ever! We rented 2 inflatables. The larger slide we rented as a dry slide. The day ended up being extremely hot and the kids were unable to use due to the heat. I called the company and in less than 20 minutes they were out adding the pieces to make it a water slide. The kids loved it and our group was amazed at the customer service you provided. The drivers came to pick up the inflatables and were there for a while....I had walked by on my evening walk and he again greeted me with a smile and conversation. I had a wonderful experience with Happily Ever After LLC. The gentleman showed up early to set up the jump house. It took less than 30 minutes before it was up and running. He was very polite. He explained the rules and showed me how to hook up water to the slide if I wanted to. The event was great and the kids LOVED the jump house and slide. We turned on the water toward the end of the event and that was even more fun! The same nice man came at the previously discussed pick-up time and took down the bounce house. He was in and out of my backyard so quietly and quickly that my dogs didn't even bark! It was almost effortless on my part. The company is great to work with in everyway from booking to the set up and break down. The crew that came on Saturday morning was prompt, they worked diligently to set the modules up and break them down. They needed a generator (which I didn't book) so one of the boys went back to his house and used his personal one. We will be glad to reimburse for the gas if we need to, just let us know. The district will definitely be calling again next year for jump castles for the festival. They are always a big hit with the kids.

Excellent rental experience overall. Equipment was as advertised and held up well with all the kids. Handled and bars were also in excellent condition making it more enjoyable for the kids and easier to complete the obstacle course. The delivery and set up employee was excellent. Polite, attentive and helpful. The young man that you sent had an excellent customer service approach and wanted everything to be perfect for us. When he was done setting up and vacuuming I don't think there was a blade of grass anywhere. He was determined to have the inflatable as clean as possible for my kiddos even though I told him not to worry about it the kids would track grass on it within minutes anyway. Great experience overall and will definitely be using your services for future events.

Everything was amazing!!! The lady I spoke to on the phone when ordering was very pleasant and helpful. She explained everything in detail and the man that delivered it (I think he was the owner) was very nice as well and got everything set up perfectly and quickly. This was our first time renting from this company and they were great! The bounce house we selected was a jump castle combo with a slide and to our surprise the slide was enclosed which was great! We have never seen a bounce house like that before but with weather being a concern it’s a great option to offer! The staff very professional and flexible with requests and last minute booking. I was thoroughly impressed Happily Ever After and will absolutely book/rent from y'all again. Carol offered amazing customer service every step of the way. I originally booked for a Saturday but due to rain, I had to reschedule my event for the next day and the process was so easy and wonderfully handled. The delivery guy was so friendly and more than on time. My event was scheduled to start at noon and he delivered and set everything up between 1115 to 1130. The jump castle was clean and in absolutely perfect shape. I will definitely recommend Happily Ever to friends and family.

Happily Ever After is a great place to rent inflatables. This is our second time using them. We have rented the camouflage obstacle course inflatable.
